Photo Exif Editor offers the capability to view, adjust, and remove the Exif data from your images. Additionally, it enables users to alter the location of an image. This functionality allows the software to function as a tool for modifying photo locations, a GPS photo viewer, or a photo location editor. It can also remove or strip all Exif tags within photos, acting as an Exif remover or a photo data stripper.

Featuring a user-friendly interface, Photo Exif Editor is a straightforward tool that aids in correcting missing information in your cherished photos.

If you wish to provide support, you may consider upgrading to the Pro version which offers an ad-free experience and additional features.

NOTICE: All features of our app "EXIF Pro - ExifTool for Android" will soon be integrated into this application. This update will include the capability to edit various file types such as JPG, PNG, and RAW, as well as audio and video files. We appreciate your patience as we work on this upgrade.

To access the camera, simply long-press the Gallery button. This action will launch the camera interface.

What is Image Exif Data?
<ul>
<li>Image Exif data includes camera settings such as camera model and make, along with dynamic information like orientation, aperture, shutter speed, focal length, metering mode, ISO speed, and more.</li>
<li>It also contains GPS tags that store location information where the photo was taken.</li>
</ul>

<li>Browse and view Exif details from the Android Gallery or the app's integrated photo browser.</li>
<li>Add or correct location data using Google Maps.</li>
<li>Edit multiple photos simultaneously.</li>
<li>Erase all photo information for privacy protection.</li>
<li>Modify or remove various EXIF tags including GPS coordinates, camera model, capture time, orientation, aperture, shutter speed, focal length, ISO speed, white balance, and more.</li>
<li>HEIF and AVIF converter for converting to JPEG or PNG while preserving Exif data.</li>
</ul>

<li>JPEG: Read and write EXIF data</li>
<li>PNG (Extensions to PNG 1.2 Specification): Read and write EXIF data - Since 2.3.6</li>
<li>HEIF, HEIC, AVIF: Conversion to JPEG or PNG - Since 2.2.22</li>

Permission Explanation:
<ul>
<li>WiFi Permission: Required for network connection to load Google Maps</li>
<li>Location Permission: Enables identification of your current location on the Map (optional)</li>
<li>(Android 12+) Manage Media: Grants permission to manage media without requesting approval on each save operation</li>
<li>(Android 9+) Media Location (geolocation of media files): Necessary for reading and writing geolocation information of files</li>
<li>We do not store, collect, or share the location/information of your images/data.</li>
</ul>

In many applications like Maps, there is typically a button that centers the map on your current location when tapped. Users with Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) and above have the option to deny location permissions if desired.
